Mirtha's Balloon & Events, LLC is a woman-owned, family-run business that started at the beginning 2010 and have gotten a great response. Mirtha has about 20 years of experience as a balloon decorator and her assistants - son, Gonzalo daughter, Nataly and son-in-law, Brian seem like they've been decorating for years. Everywhere they go, they get high compliments on their professionalism and quality work.
